Partners & Affiliates

At Fullerfield Capital, we believe that financing regenerative agriculture requires collaboration across sectors. We work alongside mission-aligned organizations, government agencies, financial institutions, and industry partners to create a comprehensive ecosystem of support for farms, processors, and food brands building a sustainable food future.

Sister Organization

Fullerfield Foundation Inc.

Relationship: Affiliated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

Fullerfield Foundation provides grants and technical assistance to regenerative food and agriculture businesses across the Northeast. While we are separate legal entities with independent governance structures and decision-making processes, both organizations share a common mission: accelerating the transition to regenerative agriculture.

How We Work Together:

The Capital-Foundation structure creates a continuum of support:

  • Capital provides financing: Debt products structured for agricultural cash flows and regenerative business models

  • Foundation provides capacity building: Grants and technical assistance to help businesses become more investable and sustainable

This integrated approach serves businesses at different stages of development. Some entrepreneurs work with Foundation first (receiving grants and technical assistance before accessing debt capital), while others work with Capital first (receiving financing and later benefiting from Foundation support programs).

Governance Independence:

  • Separate boards of directors

  • Independent financial operations

  • Distinct evaluation criteria and processes

  • No quid pro quo between funding decisions
