Charles Wade
MANAGING PARTNER
Charles founded Fullerfield Capital to bridge the financing gap that prevents regenerative food and agriculture businesses from scaling, applying institutional-grade financial structuring to mission-driven enterprises. He spent over two decades in structured credit at JPMorgan, Citigroup, and Lehman Brothers and served as Investment Director at Black Farmer Fund. A U.S. Army veteran, he holds a BS from West Point and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

PRINCIPAL
Savannah leads deal origination and portfolio strategy at Fullerfield, working directly with regenerative food brands and agricultural enterprises across the Northeast to structure financing solutions that support sustainable growth.
Christine Rico
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Christine oversees Fullerfield's financial operations, reporting, and fund administration. She keeps reporting transparent and accountable across every investment.
