Fullerfield Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity that makes grants to Northeast food and farm businesses. It is a separate legal entity from Fullerfield Capital LLC.

Separate finances and decisions
The Foundation and Fullerfield Capital are separate legal entities. Each keeps its own finances and makes its own decisions.
DONOR FUNDS
No benefit to Capital
Donations to the Foundation support its charitable programs. Fullerfield Capital does not receive or benefit from those funds.
GRANTS AND LOANS
No link between the two
A Foundation grant does not make a business eligible for a Capital loan, and applying to Capital has no bearing on Foundation decisions.

We plan to make lending decisions independently, based on each business's cash flow, viability, and collateral. Fullerfield Capital receives no compensation or referral fees from the organizations named on this page.
